Love the app, served exactly what i needed. I needed some clarifications on the settings in Monk & Shopify. YOGITA from Monk has been very responsive and helpful. Replied me within seconds and was able to resolve all my questions and issues. Would recommend

Really strong app! A lot of options compared to other cross-sell or free gift apps. Directions for various offer setups are very clear and they offer great support to make sure things populate correctly based on various shopify themes. Researched a ton of these sort of apps and this one was the stand out by far! Loving it

There are two things I really like about this app (among many others): It lets you test on a draft theme instead of directly on the live one — which helps avoid any potential mess. I’ve tried quite a few other “fancy” and pricey apps, but most have limited font options. Monk, on the other hand, allows you to use your existing website font. We use a custom Adobe font, so the free gift offer designed with Monk perfectly matches the rest of our site. Highly recommend!

I'm currently in the free trial phase of the Monk app & didn't know how to set up an offer.
