Poor quality app. VERY glitchy. Support is not available during business hours in AU. We lost so many sales from the app not working and using our native shopping cart. Worked maybe 1 in 4 times. Because support is so slow to reply I have to abandon this app and wear all the lost sales
We apologise for the experience you had with the app. Our team is available via live chat all day except 7am-1pm AU time, 5 days a week - outside of these hours you can always reach out to us via email. The issue you faced with the app was due to a bug from our end and we've now deployed a fix for it - please give the app another try and it shall work as intended.

App has been working great and given us a lot of much-needed flexibility in terms of types of sales we can run. Additionally, Tirtha on the support team has been fantastic and communicative in terms of helping us de-bug a few issues that came up as we tried to get some new types of campaigns up and running.

Worst app on this planet. Nothing works, its a complete disaster. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MONK!!!
We apologise for the experience you had with the app. It looks like some custom code in your theme was interfering with Monk due to which the offer wasn't functioning as intended. Please see the email we've sent you that contains details of this specific custom code and a resolution to the interference problem.

Great app! Love the progress bar to incentivize basket building. Had some initial integration issues but the Monk team has been phenomenal at customizing the app to suit our needs. Very quick turn around times.
