An intuitive app that was easy to integrate into our Shopify store. It has all the features we were looking for, and it is easy to select brand colours and fonts. We had one minor technical bug, and Jay was able to assist us and quickly resolve the issue.

Monk's support team is fantastic! I had a problem, and they resolved it in no time—literally within 5 minutes. The app itself is easy to use and works exactly as advertised!

Great service! Also if you´ve got any question, they´ll help you super quickly. There is lots of opportunities to upgrade your store, like free gifts, upsells, etc. a must have

The Monk app offers many features that are perfect for my store, and they regularly update the app with new functionalities. Their customer service is very quick and helpful in solving problems, and if the agent can’t resolve it immediately, they follow up with an email solution. In my case, the agent Jay was a great help and stayed in the chat with me until the issue was resolved. I highly recommend the app.

The app offers numerous excellent features that were easy to set up, thanks to the entire Monk team, especially Priyasha. I can already see the positive impact it is having on the business and how it is enhancing the customer experience. I look forward to seeing further results in the future.
