We’ve been working with Monocle for a while now, and their new AI Journey tool enables us to achieve a highly advanced level of personalization, which is very complex to achieve on our own. They keep improving and expanding it all the time, which makes a real difference. After implementing it, our first tested flow saw a significant increase in both performance and revenue per recipient. The team is open-minded, collaborative, and constantly innovating. A big thank you to Noam and Ariel for their personal, responsive, and professional support, highly recommended!

70x ROI & 10/10 team! The Monocle platform is incredible, and has helped us significantly improve the performance of our acquisition AND retention efforts. We ran multiple A/B tests to truly confirm the incrementality of Monocle, and the "AI agents" won with flying colors. Every shopify merchant should be using Monocle or they are leaving money on the table. And also - implementation and on-going optimization is a breeze - Gabe is an all star.
