We’ve been working with Monocle for a while now, and their new AI Journey tool enables us to achieve a highly advanced level of personalization, which is very complex to achieve on our own. They keep improving and expanding it all the time, which makes a real difference. After implementing it, our first tested flow saw a significant increase in both performance and revenue per recipient. The team is open-minded, collaborative, and constantly innovating. Super effective tool. In-depth reporting. Exceptionally hands-on team. You kind of can't ask for more from a vendor. Monocle has helped us increase conversion across all flows we've integrated it into. Now, the inclusion of AI journeys is helping us mitigate even more lift on the side of our team. The dashboard makes it easy to monitor everything we have running, capitalizing on any lifts we're seeing. The Monocle team goes above and beyond when it comes to onboarding and building as well.
