Monocle is an excellent tool with an even better team. We've seen very strong results using it for our business, which has been made easier by how available their team has been when we've had questions or requests. We began using Monocle to become more efficient in how we offer discounts, but they've continued to add powerful tools like AI journeys which have helped us to supplement gaps in our e-mail flows.
