I've installed the app but did need some help from support. I haven't yet recieved an answer tho' the app creators claim 24/7 support. I'll uninstall this app.
Thank you for this frank review. You're right - we were slow to reply and left you in the dark for far too long, and I'm really sorry about that. We set high standards for ourselves and we clearly dropped the ball here. But I'm happy you were willing to jump on a call with Marko to talk through your issues, and even happier that you've chosen to reinstall.
