Team is so helpful in setting up flows and automations, they are very responsive and willing to jump in and help non technical partners. A big win and help in reducing manual work and giving the team time to be more strategic. Highly recommend.

I was looking for an app that would bring the Amazon and Walmart order id's from the Additional Notes section down into a tag so it would flow through our edi systems and into our ERP. The Arigato app had the right price, was user friendly for someone who isn't a developer to use, their support team was very quick to respond and were able to help me create the workflow I needed to make it all happen. I'm so pleased this solved my issue and I couldn't be more pleased with the support I received. I would definitely recommend their app.
