This app works seamlessly with our Shopify store enabling us to keep our inventory levels and MRP planning synced. There is a slightly odd delay between updating inventory numbers in MRPEasy before they appear in stock on Shopify but it's easy to work around and plan for and a limitation on Shopify's side. It works well, we don't have to do anything with it so we're happy

MRP Easy has been the best software to use as a small manufacturer and ecommerce seller. The purchasing and planning has help us reduce stock-outs and keep production flowing! We've tried other programs but they always lacked some features- MRP is has all the information and functions we need.

MRP has done a super solid job for us. We're a food manufacturing company with with about 30 skus, about 100 raw material inputs and about 30,000 units produced monthly. Half of our business is selling to wholesale distributors, half is Shopify. MRP helps us stay organized and automated. QBO and Shopify integrations have been seamless. We've used a comparable software before, but MRP has been more user-friendly and more cost competitive. Our accountant was able to setup our whole QBO-Shopify-MRP automated system from scratch and without any difficulty without having any prior experience with MRP. The customer service and technical support is truly excellent and helpful. The only feature we are missing is "auto-assembly." Meaning that as our "Unit" inventory gets low, we would like MRP to automatically assemble "Unit" inventory out of core skus, which are in "Cases." Right now we have to do it manually and it's a weekly process that takes 1-2hrs. I feel confident that MRP will create this feature in the near future though. Overall, highly recommend them.

The features are well thought out, and the support team is responsive and helpful. It has helped us reduce errors, streamline our operations, and gain better visibility over raw materials and finished goods. We have tested several ERP systems for small and medium-sized businesses. We were looking for a simple solution to manage raw materials in a custom-made production process. This user-friendly and intuitive app delivers on its promise — it makes everything EASY. We are very pleased with it. On the downside, the price is a drawback; it becomes expensive if you need more than one user.

I've been using MRPeasy for my small business since June last year. I love the functionality and the integration with Shopify and Xero. The MrPeasy support is great and when I can't quite get the answer I need the support via the ticket has been awesome. Couple of functionalities that would be great like being able to trigger bulk invoice or payments such as with a checkbox etc. Support have taken suggestions so here's hoping for future updates.

MRPeasy Review: A Cost-Effective and Powerful MRP for Small Manufacturers We've been using MRPeasy for over a year now, and it has proven to be a great tool for managing our operations. Like most MRP systems, it comes with a learning curve, but once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes an essential part of production and inventory management. Right now, we primarily use MRPeasy for inventory control and batch tracking, and it has performed exceptionally well in these areas. The system offers far more functionality than we expected at this price point, making it an excellent value. As a small company, the low cost of entry was a big advantage, especially compared to other MRP solutions that were financially out of reach. Another major benefit is MRPeasy's integration with Shopify, which makes it a great fit for manufacturers who sell online. This seamless connection helps keep inventory and production workflows aligned with sales. Customer support has been quick and helpful on the few occasions we’ve needed assistance. That said, we haven’t had to rely on it much since the built-in documentation and help guides are thorough and easy to follow. MRPeasy is a powerful yet affordable solution for small manufacturers looking to improve inventory management and production tracking. While it takes some time to explore all of its capabilities, it’s a highly capable system with great value for the cost. We’d definitely recommend it to other small businesses looking for an effective MRP system!

I have used and paid for MRPeasy since December 2023. Trust is completely broken and now I feel like this company is a LIABILITY. Unfortunately I got really sick in October. Once I got out of the hospital, I tried to pay for my monthly service and I could not login. I was informed that my account had been conveniently deleted the same day, even though I reached out to them in the morning and under 28 days, with the reason being: "...we are forced to delete your account (automatically) in order to save space for other customers....". You don't have enough server space or capability to handle all of your customers so you delete the small ones? Make that make sense. They said they would love to have me back, but there is no way I will trust this company again. In another email found in spam, it stated my account was deleted the day before, conflicting information. I was asked if I had received any of their emails, but I had not, given that I was in the hospital, and one of the email address they emailed me from was going to spam. This is a first for me. Even Shopify doesn't just delete your account and information in under 28 days. I was told that if I paid the current bill which is this months bill (10/8/25 - 11/8/25) my account could be restored. However, when I asked if all of my data would also be recovered, NO response. They sent a link to pay the invoice, however, four times I asked for confirmation that my inventory info and builds were going to be restored, and NO response. It's like they were either holding my information hostage, or they do not want to. For a company to just delete its user's account on an assumption they don't want it is a liability and not a company I can support. They could see that I had not even logged in for a while, and that I was not using it much prior to that, because I found an email from them asking why I wasn't using it much. Also, most of their reviews are fake because they offered a free month of service in exchange for a 5 start review, and I have the email that I was sent to prove it. Lastly, there was nothing amazing about this software. My MRP system that I built myself does everything MRPeasy did, and I don't have to worry about my data being held for ransom. Or having a company ghost you rather than answer a simple question. They are unprofessional, unreliable and unnecessary. Odoo is way better. To MRPeasy: Nice try editing your response. However, you didn't say anything that I didn't already say. What you did do, is show everyone your manipulative word play: Yes, you sent me a message telling me how to restore the account, HOWEVER, as I stated, you refused to answer my simple question as whether my data would be restored. In one message you said the data was lost. Then in the second message you stated the account could be restored if I still wanted to use MRPeasy. I responded with 4 emails asking for confirmation that the data would or would not be restored as well and got NO RESPONSE. And you still didn't address that part in your updated response here on Shopify, which is literally confirming everything I said. Several tech sites mention your lack a communication and customer service when a real problem arises, so it is not just me.

We have been using MRP easy for about a year. Like any MRP product it can be a little overwhelming. We are currently using about half of the products capabilities, mostly for inventory control, and batch tracking. We have not found any issues with MRPeasy capabilities are far beyond what we would’ve expected at this price point. We really appreciate low entry cost because we are a small company and most MRP systems have been out of our reach. MRP easy integrates easily with Shopify as a valuable tool for any small manufacturer. We haven’t used MRP easy customer service very often because the documentation and help section inside the application are very thorough. When we have reached out to customer service, the responses have been prompt.

We spent a lot of time searching for and testing various ERP/MRP solutions to manage our inventory, procurement, costs, and manufacturing flow and found MRPeasy to be the most intuitive and effective solution for planning our production runs, tracking all our consumables, and tracking our costs per batch/item. We hope that MRPeasy will continue to release updates and enhancements for extended functionality.

This software is incredibly user-friendly, and I have found it perfect for maintaining the accuracy of our BOMs and stock management. Its seamless integration with Shopify makes it an essential tool for my small company. I have used multiple other softwares in the past but this surpasses them and is fantastic value for the price. I highly recommend MRPeasy for businesses looking for reliable, cost-effective inventory management, and do often tell others looking for solutions for inventory/manufacturing!

MRPeasy is one of the best inventory management products out there for the price. Easy to use, we find the accuracy of our BOMs wonderful. It integrates with Shopify and BigCommerce well, and it's an essential element of our company.

We switched from Katana MRP and are very happy so far--highly recommend MRPeasy (more on the comparison later). Currently on the Enterprise plan which I believe is fairly priced, includes multiple production sites. It's very easy to add products, subs, and BOMs. Support is very good at guiding and explaining rationale on why something is set up the way it is. The app works very well and is quite responsive for our company with about 200-300 SKUs, parts, and subs. There were a few issues we had; in one instance we had sub-assemblies at warehouse 2 and put in a manufacturing order at warehouse #1, which required transferring subs to complete. The system kind of locks you down and assumes for instance (by automatically opening sub MOs) that you need to make more subs. Support however was very helpful here in letting us know how to easily work around the issue by changing the MO expected quantities in conjunction with making a transfer order so that we did not have to delete and do all of the work for a new MO. Compared to Katana, you get more here. at the lower pricing tiers I think. We routinely had trouble with Katana factoring in incorrect and buggy negative stock values. Moreover, we were also told many quarters ago that Katana was supposed to be adding a fixed cost field to POs which wasn't there yet before we moved to MRPe. I love that MRPe can factor in fixed costs to new stock. We are glad that we switched into the $99/month enterprise plan with MRPe.

I used to work corporate and used all the fancy and expensive ERP systems out there. When I started my own business I did a ton of research and found MRPeasy. They rock. Great support, relatively easy to learn and use. I can create part numbers, PO's, BOMs, and keep track of all my costs. Its great.
