I have used and paid for MRPeasy since December 2023. Trust is completely broken and now I feel like this company is a LIABILITY. Unfortunately I got really sick in October. Once I got out of the hospital, I tried to pay for my monthly service and I could not login. I was informed that my account had been conveniently deleted the same day, even though I reached out to them in the morning and under 28 days, with the reason being: "...we are forced to delete your account (automatically) in order to save space for other customers....". You don't have enough server space or capability to handle all of your customers so you delete the small ones? Make that make sense. They said they would love to have me back, but there is no way I will trust this company again. In another email found in spam, it stated my account was deleted the day before, conflicting information. I was asked if I had received any of their emails, but I had not, given that I was in the hospital, and one of the email address they emailed me from was going to spam. This is a first for me. Even Shopify doesn't just delete your account and information in under 28 days. I was told that if I paid the current bill which is this months bill (10/8/25 - 11/8/25) my account could be restored. However, when I asked if all of my data would also be recovered, NO response. They sent a link to pay the invoice, however, four times I asked for confirmation that my inventory info and builds were going to be restored, and NO response. It's like they were either holding my information hostage, or they do not want to. For a company to just delete its user's account on an assumption they don't want it is a liability and not a company I can support. They could see that I had not even logged in for a while, and that I was not using it much prior to that, because I found an email from them asking why I wasn't using it much. Also, most of their reviews are fake because they offered a free month of service in exchange for a 5 start review, and I have the email that I was sent to prove it. Lastly, there was nothing amazing about this software. My MRP system that I built myself does everything MRPeasy did, and I don't have to worry about my data being held for ransom. Or having a company ghost you rather than answer a simple question. They are unprofessional, unreliable and unnecessary. Odoo is way better. To MRPeasy: Nice try editing your response. However, you didn't say anything that I didn't already say. What you did do, is show everyone your manipulative word play: Yes, you sent me a message telling me how to restore the account, HOWEVER, as I stated, you refused to answer my simple question as whether my data would be restored. In one message you said the data was lost. Then in the second message you stated the account could be restored if I still wanted to use MRPeasy. I responded with 4 emails asking for confirmation that the data would or would not be restored as well and got NO RESPONSE. And you still didn't address that part in your updated response here on Shopify, which is literally confirming everything I said. Several tech sites mention your lack a communication and customer service when a real problem arises, so it is not just me.
