So far so good. Still getting setup but the support from Ivy and the team has been awesome.

You need to install this! I installed this app yesterday and I was ready and mentally prepared to SUFFER because these kinds of apps are often cumbersome and tedious to set up. But not this one! It was so easy, fast and I was done with the set up in NO TIME! You can adjust the invoices to your needs - which is especially important to merchants with proximity to the EU. You get access to the code of the invoice - which is good, in case the EU comes up with another requirement, we can just put it in there. You can either send them through the app OR attach them to your Shopify notifications! I decided to attach them to the Shopify notifications and it works like a charm! Pasted the code to the Shopify Order Confirmation Code (it was super easy, I don't code and even I was able to do that because you get instructions WHERE to put that code in), saved send test email! And it works flawlessly! I contacted customer service and they are so sweet and kind! Truly amazing customer service! Thank you Ivy and Team!

This is the only order printer app I could find that was actually customizable how I wanted it to be, and the best part is it's free. The other apps wanted to charge $40 a month to edit the code, and I still couldn't get it to be customized how I wanted it. It was just a pain to work with the other apps. Highly recommend this app!

Very good invoicing app. Many customizations can be made directly by the user, and if specific requirements arise, these can also be implemented in the code. If something cannot be achieved, the support team is always helpful and, upon request, also carries out adjustments and provides the corresponding templates. A special thank you goes to the support team: we are among the first users of the app and are allowed to use it free of charge. Even in this case, the support has always been very helpful and has already implemented numerous adjustments for us.
