I recently launched my store, this app has been a great addition. Very easy to set up and configure to your liking from templates that are already set, or they will help you with HTML if you ask. I spoke with with someone called Ivy who responded quickly and was very helpful, great experience so far.

As a newly business owner, I was looking for a low cost packing slip and invoice template but when I saw MS Order Invoice Generator, offering this service for free so I decided to give it a try and boom that's a perfect solution I was looking for. 1 single feature it was lacking and when I talk to support, Rose promptly go above and beyond with her team and setup a whole custom coded customize template solution for me, and they never charged me a single penny. Absolutely the best Invoicing software available! We work in a very technical industry with very unique and specific paperwork needs and thanks to the coding feature on MS Invoice generator I was able to make it happen. While the software is great I would have to say the customer service is even better! They helped us customize the code for our invoices & our custom product compliance certificates for free! It is so rare nowadays to find a company with the level of technical knowledge of their product that these great folks have. I would highly recommend this app to anyone in the market.
