Can anyone confirm this app is working? Emails to support to assist with installation would be great, for example, once installed, try to connect for setup but get popup that email is not found. Probably a step we are missing, but cannot reach anyone any ticket or phone for assistance. (Giving a 3 star out of hope and the app looks like it is what we need , if they reach back and all goes well, will return for more stars!)

The code in the app is causing a lot of my features to break down. So I reached out to customer support to ask them about it and was answered the following: "Since Mulberry was founded 4 years ago, we’ve historically worked with small and medium sized merchants. However, over the past two years, we’ve built out our assurance infrastructure to support larger merchants and have recently made the strategic decision to transition to focusing on enterprise merchants. Given the recent shift in focus, we don’t believe there would be a good fit between our companies at this time. In line with this, we are no longer providing technical support for the app. We appreciate your interest in Mulberry" They essentially have this app here, breaks your features, but they refuse to handle issues or support the app that they put out. Shopify, time to take them down the app store?
Although Mulberry has some issues like other apps in the IT world but their customer service is awesome. They are all quick response and with them you never feel being alone!
Amazing product! Very straightforward, easy to understand for the consumer, and easy to set up and maintain for the merchant (hint: there is no setup, they do it for you!). Definitely recommend!

We engaged with Mulberry to offer protection plans for our customers a few months back. Their customer support is highly engaged - they are extremely collaborative and the best part is that they take ownership of any technical issues and work closely with us until resolved. Their offering is very easy and intuitive to use by our customers with comprehensive offerings for our AI Workout Mirrors (hardware product).
So far Mulberry have been a fantastic partner that have enabled us to offer comprehensive, competitive and no-nonsense extend warranties to our customer to protect their purchases.
