Great app, makes shipping to the USA a lot easier. The support team is super helpful and quick to respond and help with configuration issues. The support team went above and beyond to make sure we understood how the app works and that everything was setup the way we required. App takes some time to get used to and I would suggest having a meeting with the support team to get settings configured to your liking however, with that being said I 100% would suggest this app to any company doing any international shipping.

Very helpful app and great & fast support. Only thing that is not ideal for su is that a address update within the shopify-store does not automatically update in the app. So an address-update needs to be manually done also within the app. Otherwise we are really happy!

Great plug in for international carriers integration. very good customer service and guidance on how to integrate them.

We just installed the app but so far it's great. I will update once we use it more. Very powerful features but the best part so far is the support. Very easy to schedule an onboarding Zoom call with them and I learned so much in 30 minutes. Great service!
