Just got the app, had a quick training with support. Looks like a very powerful app, well though out. Have to try it out still, but it's exactly what we were looking for - taking our product weights and sizes and choosing the appropriate box sizes and calculating shipping rates. Great customer support !

Customer service is amazing, I had setup issues due to not knowing the step by step process to activate this service. They called me right away and setup a zoom meeting to walk me through everything I needed to understand what I needed to do.

Manohar was absolutely amazing in helping me get all my shipping figured out!! honestly couldn't have done without him, he was very good at explaining and setting up all the different shipping boxes and volume and making sure the right box was calculated of the shipping so no one is over or under charged, very grateful for the call!

Très très limitante. On ne peut pas modifier une étiquette une fois créer (après qu'elle soit marquée comme 'traitée''. Alors si un client m'écrit après que son étiquette soit créer pour modifier son adresse, je ne peux même pas canceller l'étiquette. Le système ne met pas les commandes comme traitées automatiquement, on doit faire une étape supplémentaires pour le faire. Les commandes personnalisées, ou avec changement ne peuvent pas être expédiées, aucune façon de faire une étiquette de retour ou un échange. On ne peut pas renvoyer une commande qui a été oublié sans refaire une nouvelle commande, etc. Bref, ce n'est vraiment pas ce que j'ai besoin comme application et surtout pas pour le prix.

I have been using pluginhive for many years now. It is easy to use and anything tricky comes up - the staff are always very helpful. Sagar has answered all my questions and jumps onto a zoom to guide me though more complicated stuff. great app!

Sagar and Touseef has been excellent in their service and guiding me. I was using another App and another shipping company before I engaged Plug-In Hives. They were patient and helpful. Finally, I have installed the App and replaced the Shipping company too. I did a trial run with Sagar and Touseef over two evenings and now I am ready to go. I find their app to be very good too. It is very comprehensive and matched and integrate with the Australian Post system and my Shopify portal seamlessly. I have to say I would strongly recommend PHives to anyone. This is by far the best shipping automation app I have ever used. This app has allowed me to scale my company dramatically and efficiently over the past year since I have been using it. Not to mention their customer service is INCREDIBLE. Touseef has hopped on a zoom call with me several times within 5 minutes of my request to solve the problem. This level of support is VITAL to run an online fulfillment business of any kind. 11/10 !
