Support is very good, wish everything is in the same screen same as the PH . I was able to integrate UPS successfully.

As an Australian with difficult shipping needs, this app is the best in class. It actually has Australian carrier options, and has very helpful helpfiles if you need to learn how to set up the app. The features are almost perfect. There are a lot of options that are not explained, but support are very quick to respond and explain everything. We have rate calculations happening at checkout using both weights and dimensions, we are linked up with a good range of Australian carriers, and we're able to account for steep surcharges that some couriers add when shipping large and heavy items, so we're not losing money on those orders. It's answered our prayers on the shipping front for Shopify.

This app allowed us to start offering multiple shipping options not afforded to us with our previous app. We were able to talk with PH associate during installation and set up which made this process much simpler. Have not used this particular app much yet. But, the PH FedEx app worked flawlessly for us in the past. So, we are confident this one will as well.

Very robust and helpful app that allows me to deal with products of all sizes and weights. The best part is that the customer service is amazing. Whenever I've had a problem, I've gotten quick and clear responses. I even have had Shashi jump on a Zoom call to walk me through! Really appreciate it!

I've been looking for a fufillment app that would offer live rates, levels of customisation regarding carriers and packing parameters, and ease of use and so far this has been exactly what we're after. And the support has been exceptional! Within a couple of minutes of installation, I had a phone call from the lovely Addina to offer guidance and she was so patient - even when I called her back at least 3 more times to get more advice and clarification. She even did a Zoom call to ensure that I knew how to get the best out of the app. So happy to finally find what I was after!! Highly recommend!!!
