This app did wonders for us, We have a huge inventory of products, but we set up a data entry system to gather all the dimension data and weight so as to pass it on to shopify & the app. We had a few bumps along the road as we have a integration system with our back office system, which uploads products to shopify, it caused a problem which the app support team helped us pinpoint, and then they helped us in all our queries including reasons why price was off (We were using inches instead of centimeters for the boxes) Its these things that the support team is there to help you all the way through!

Great App, and as we set it up for our store, Jon and his team we constantly there with any questions or issues we had. I probably reach out at least 5 times for help, and each time they were quick to respond, and helped fixed the issues we would have, or just guide us on how to set the app up properly. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Wir verwenden die App, um unsere Versandlabel für UPS auszudrucken. Das funktioniert einigermaßen gut und zuverlässig. Das einzige Manko ist: Wenn man ein Problem hat und den Support anschreibt, bekommt man zwar relativ zügig eine Antwort, aber selten kann dieser einem weiterhelfen. Das ist sehr schade, vor allem, weil die App kostenpflichtig ist. Wären diese Probleme nicht, z.B.: Es werden Bestellungen übernommen, deren Produkte als "Kein Versand" markiert sind und ein paar andere Kinderkrankheiten würde diese App mehr als 3 Sterne verdienen

This app has solved all our issues with customer checkout and shipper integrations. But most of all the support team including Addina, Prathyusha, Anindo and Keerthi give exceptional fast and friendly service.

I used this app to integrate the shipping fees from dhl express and it works very well. Also support is instant and helpful at responses

I needed this app for automating the process of UPS Shipping labels. I installed a few apps to do this, just to find that they didn't support UPS or didn't work as stated. After installing this app Jon phoned me and guided me through the setup! I encountered a small issue with registering my UPS account and Jon worked on this in the background while I waited, sorted the issue and called me back. He then guided me through using the app and setting up all the packing parameters. I couldn't ask for a better service and I'm not sure one actually exists. We are building another store and will use this app again! Thanks Jon.

Iam super impressed by the customer service. They help me all the way to set up apps and make some test orders with full instruction via zoom. App works amazing, the best option for PostNord.
