I really had trouble setting up my hard hazardous rules. The help line call me and we used google meet and fixed it. They really are good, best shipping app out there.

I installed app and had it up and running in a few days and it saves my team and I SO much time. We’re able to create 100’s of labels in minutes. Our tech stack is Mac computer, rollo 4x6 printer. We needed labels and packing slip printed on consecutive pages and this completes that. I had some tech questions and the support team replied in minutes and even got on a call with me to hold my hand on something. Thanks!

I used this app to connect Fedex SmartPost to my store! It has worked flawlessly and the support team has helped me with every single step of the set-up.

The app seemed so promising. Unfortunately it has generated problematic labels. All my export shipment through DHL Express from India were sent back from Mumbai without leaving the country due to whatever wrong labels and info they used to generate these labels. It has lead to massive loss of customer trust that we had accumulated over a long period which is the most hard thing to regain. It has also lead to massive financial loss. A look at their API call to generate the label shows that they are using completely wrong HS Codes , Quantity and Price. They are only using 1 item instead of multiple and using wrong rates and quantities for that. It is a big NOOO.
Hello Ameya, We are sad to hear about the trouble you are facing at this point. As explained over call, the current situation is due to the instability of the DHL India system. They have not intimated about changes in the API. We recommend you do not create any more shipments until we get a confirmation from the DHL India team. Regarding losses incurred, Request you to respond to the DHL commercial team if you would like to claim the Invoice value or the freight charges as compensation? Also, the FedEx International shipments are processed successfully and in the transit status now, Due to the COVID situation, there is a long delay in International shipments. A truly time saver, thanks to this app I have 2 hours of extra time every day day. The team behind this app is amazing, they are extremely helpful and supportive. Great app, especially their support. I primarily used the app to to calculate shipping rates for FedEx and UPS and it worked very well. They also resolved a bug I found within a day and were very responsive to all the questions I had.

We liked the app at first, but then it started acting buggy. Their support attempted to help, but they couldn't sort it out quickly enough to solve the problem. Our customers were being charged the wrong shipping rate. Not good! So we had to dump the app and move on. The app was rendering a "flat rate $10 fee" without showing the correctly setup UPS or USPS rates. We have NEVER set up a $10 flat rate fee / so I have no idea where this app was getting that from. However, their support team did get back to us, and they genuinely wanted to make things right - so I will leave this a 4-star rating. Yet, at the end of the day we did go with a different shipping rate tool for our store.

I am using this app within Shopify platform to help me split my orders by creating a maximum weight rule to insure a single box does not exceed a certain weight. Creating this rule has allowed me to ship multiple boxes within a single shipment, while using my UPS negotiated rates to better serve my customers. Before I discovered this app, I was unable to avoid passing on to my customers the overweight charges imposed by UPS on packages exceeding 70 lbs. This caused shipping rates to be very high and turned away many potential customers. Multicarrier app is very reasonably priced and their support team will diligently work with you to provide you what you are looking for. If there is an issue, they will resolve it ASAP. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. If you think this app will work for your shipping needs, don't hesitate. They offer a free 14 day trial period and the install and set up is very easy. Enjoy!
