Liking it pretty well so far. Great customer service very responsive. They reply to emails quickly and are avialable for Zoom calls.

This app really has saved us a lot of work and the support from the team is absolutely great. They respond super quick and have been of great help in setting up the app for our different stores. I can highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to futher automate the label processing part.

Setting up shipping was tricky for me, as I have products that need to be treated quite differently. Shipping is super confusing but this app makes everything better. Every time I've had an issue, the support has been super fast and helpful. From printing labels, setting up box sizes, and connecting to your preferred carrier... this app will make your life easier. You are the best, Shashi!

The app that saved my store. This is the only app that connects with my DHL account. The support is very professional and quick.

Pretty new to this app - haven't actually completed an order with it yet but the IT analysts help me sort out some problems I was having with the set up. They were very patient. Hopefully it's smooth sailing from here on out!

Works like a charm! Also fast response from the CS team ;) Now all of my shipping rates come DHL XML services and are correct.
