So, this is going to be a long review, if you're just deciding if its worth it just read this: I've saved hundreds of dollars just because with this app I'm able to use the rates Canada Post gives to small businesses (which are way way better than what Shopify offers) Don't get fooled, Shopify's "discounted rates" are a ripoff (at least for Canada Post which is what I've used) So, buy this app, it will pay for itself even if you only send two packages per month! I bought this app because I fell in love with the Canada Post app these developers created for woocommerce. Without second thoughts I bought it. I should say that their Shopify app is not as perfect as the one for woocommerce, with the other app I never had issues. With this app it has so many things that needed to be adjusted.... like the labels printing in multiple pages, wrong rates displayed in the app, or multiple packages generated for a single order, I feel that I had to contact the support team so many times!!! That been said, the support team is great, they're willing to help you out and won't give up until you're satisfied, they've helped me through email, chat, and even zoom call! I'm just starting out and hope that now that I already went through all these issues I don't have to bother them again, but even if I have too, I know they'll be great. So if you're looking for an app that will save you hundreds of dollars, with awesome support, this is the one!!!!

MCSL has been a lifesaver for our business. The capabilities of the app were exactly what we were looking for and the interface is much more intuitive and user-friendly than other apps that offer similar features. Great app! We originally found it because we have our own UPS account and use UPS SurePost to ship a lot. The Shopify platform doesn't support SurePost, but Multi Carrier Shipping Label does! The app works seamlessly with everything we have going on and the few issues that have come up and quickly been resolved after contacting support. Highly recommend this app!

I originally installed the app because shopify defaults to one package size for all products and there is no way to turn off this feature or add other package sizes for other products so I was having to incur the cost for my larger objects which were being calculated by default to be shipped in smaller boxes. When I installed the multicarrier shipping app, Jon was patient and nice enough to guide me through the entire process and even took care of troubleshooting for me. The customer support is incredible and I recommend the app for anybody having the same shipping issues with default packaging through shopify. They really are a dedicated and productive team and I genuinely felt like they had the best interest for me and my business in mind.

We are using this app to display shipping rates in our store. I ran into some configuration troubles and Prathyusha G went above and beyond to make sure I got my questions answered. Great support and the app seems to be working well. Excited to finally offer real time shipping rates.

The support team is fantastic! They quickly respond to requests and guided me through set up via screen share - much more helpful and efficient than communicating via email or chat. The app has all the functionalities we need to ensure shipping costs are based on package dimensions, product weight, and the weight of packaging, rather than product weight and dimensions only.

When the app works well it's simple and easy to use. However, it constantly has issues with displaying rates at checkout. It will randomly stop working and support takes forever to address the issue. This results in a ton of lost revenue for the period it isn't displayed. *UPDATED REVIEW* I'm changing this review to 1 star as they still have not fixed the same issues that plague this application. I've been contacted by a member of the team and was told the issues I'm experiencing have been fixed. Yet, here we are, months later experiencing the same issues.

Once you’ve got carrier-calculated shipping turned on, this app becomes a great tool, as it’s actually able to add differently-sized boxes to different products. It also allows you to specify the carrier services visible to your customer at checkout. Finally, and this isn’t as common as you’d think, it actually updates the products as you update them in your Shopify store. Fast customer service, too! 5/5 so far

Very well designed app with logical settings layout, customer support is excellent I was having difficulty adding my carrier FedEx - a quick chat with the online support and they linked it for my without an issue. Would highly reccomend.

Have been using this app for over a year now. My original review as listed below still stands. This is a great app, a "must have" for eCommerce shipping. We ship world wide and it works great. The customer support is the best I have ever seen in, not only this industry, but any other industry I have worked in. Recently I had identified a couple of features that would be important to our website and they added these features to their app. This was a valuable advantage to dealing with them.

UPDATE - No issues since! The occasional hiccup, but customer service is helpful and the problems are always fixed quickly. UPDATE - There was apparently an error in the system they they updated right away and seems to be working well now. Fast customer service and offered an extended trial for the loss of $. I will update my review again in a month as I do like the options of the app as well as the integration. Fingers crossed no more issues. I installed this app to streamline my shipping and take use of my negotiated rates with Canada Post. The day after my 14 day free trial was over the app advised it was charging one amount, when in reality my carrier account was being charged double! I wouldn't have caught this anytime soon except I needed to log into my Canada Post account for another reason. I'm thankful I did or I would have lost literally thousands of dollars in a month.

Still on free trail. The app function is good, customer service is pretty quick and professional. But there is needs to improve: no any type of report can be exported, no way to export a summary for all orders shipped out by end of day.
