I am Kan Guo, and I have been running an e-commerce business for five years. I love your APP of Multi Carrier Shipping Label; it is really awesome. He is very close to our usage scenario. But after getting to know you these days, I would like to make the following comments to you in particular and hope to modify and upgrade your program to make it more powerful. --The adjustment suggestions for Shipping Lable are as follows 1. It is necessary to modify the name in ITEM in the APP. This is because the ITEM on the website is often used to promote website keywords, but when it is used for actual shipment, it is not recognized by the customs of some countries. 2. The unit price and total price of the product must be adjusted in the APP. The reason for this is very complicated, but trust me it is very necessary. If the price cannot be modified, your APP will not be able to be used. -- Regarding the total adjustment of the transportation of dangerous goods and ordinary goods. I noticed that your APP could define the nature of each product, including whether it is a dangerous product or chemical, etc. However, this information was not used as the basis for the final calculation of freight. We need a comprehensive algorithm that can calculate load because some transportation companies do not accept the transportation of dangerous goods. For example, when two products A and B appear in the customer's shopping cart simultaneously, A is a product with a battery, and B is a standard product. 1. When A and B belong to the same warehouse, we usually combine A and B into one package and ship it. Therefore, the package should be carried by a company that allows the transportation of dangerous goods. Thus, the APP should present to the customer a freight quotation that enables the transport of hazardous goods company. And calculate the freight based on the combined weight of A and B. 2. When A and B do not belong to the same warehouse, the App should give a comprehensive freight quotation based on the shipping addresses of A and B. The combination of A's freight and the freight of B can be presented to the customer. When shipping simultaneously, it can split an order for two or more shipments and finally print two or more shipping labels of different shipping companies. --The logical improvement of the comprehensive calculation ability of the freight of the same order issued by different products. From my point of view, there will be multiple calculation logic. I think users should be allowed to edit their differences based on their usage habits or differences in policies and laws of countries and regions. The customer service team was very helpful to walk me through the process. Highly recommend. This was mainly to use the SurePost via UPS account and the Multi Carrier shipping label app will work perfectly for me.

I found the best accurate computation of the dimension in this plug in application. highly recommended to all shopify users with problems in getting the dimension shipping cost.

The app can be a little confusing but the customer service is amazing! They call you back within a few hours (or less) and walk you through any and all questions you have - they even work on their end to get you set up!

Within an hour of downloading this app I received a personalized phone call from Support. Jon was very professionally and knowledgeable about all things related to the app. We had multiple follow up calls/zooms in order to get our shipping dialed in for our new store. It was great to have somebody walk me through each step. Highly recommend this app!

I loved the ability to customize my box sizes and weights for all our products - this allowed my customers to get custom shipping rates based on their order volume at checkout. Without that feature, we couldn’t use e-commerce. Also really appreciated the customer service. A representative helped me when I signed up for a trial and walked me through my entire set up. And when I’ve had a problem, the service team dives in quickly to help me solve it. Added note: since using this app for quite a while, I stand by my 5 stars. Excellent service every time.

So, this is going to be a long review, if you're just deciding if its worth it just read this: I've saved hundreds of dollars just because with this app I'm able to use the rates Canada Post gives to small businesses (which are way way better than what Shopify offers) Don't get fooled, Shopify's "discounted rates" are a ripoff (at least for Canada Post which is what I've used) So, buy this app, it will pay for itself even if you only send two packages per month! I bought this app because I fell in love with the Canada Post app these developers created for woocommerce. Without second thoughts I bought it. I should say that their Shopify app is not as perfect as the one for woocommerce, with the other app I never had issues. With this app it has so many things that needed to be adjusted.... like the labels printing in multiple pages, wrong rates displayed in the app, or multiple packages generated for a single order, I feel that I had to contact the support team so many times!!! That been said, the support team is great, they're willing to help you out and won't give up until you're satisfied, they've helped me through email, chat, and even zoom call! I'm just starting out and hope that now that I already went through all these issues I don't have to bother them again, but even if I have too, I know they'll be great. So if you're looking for an app that will save you hundreds of dollars, with awesome support, this is the one!!!!

Great app! We originally found it because we have our own UPS account and use UPS SurePost to ship a lot. The Shopify platform doesn't support SurePost, but Multi Carrier Shipping Label does! The app works seamlessly with everything we have going on and the few issues that have come up and quickly been resolved after contacting support. Highly recommend this app!

I originally installed the app because shopify defaults to one package size for all products and there is no way to turn off this feature or add other package sizes for other products so I was having to incur the cost for my larger objects which were being calculated by default to be shipped in smaller boxes. When I installed the multicarrier shipping app, Jon was patient and nice enough to guide me through the entire process and even took care of troubleshooting for me. The customer support is incredible and I recommend the app for anybody having the same shipping issues with default packaging through shopify. They really are a dedicated and productive team and I genuinely felt like they had the best interest for me and my business in mind.
