Terrible, I have had so many issues with the shipping profile saying that it is the incorrect address, they have to go in a fix it every time, no notification about to fault to email so I have had my shipping down for hours and 100s of abandoned carts because the shipping profiles won't work consistently, I am moving to another app. I have lost money because of this app.

I was recommended this app by a web store developer, and so far I’m very satisfied. I received support with the installation, which made getting started much easier. Setting up suppliers and shipping can be a bit tricky at first, but it becomes clearer as you learn. They even called me and scheduled a Zoom meeting where they walked me through everything and shared useful tips about shipping features in Shopify. I truly recommend this app – it's user-friendly and comes with excellent customer service!//Milla

This is a very powerful shipping app with tons of features which simplified and automated our international shipping to a great extent. We are now integrated with FedEx, UPS, and Hong Kong Post (which was really rare to find). We tried countless others including Shippo, EasyPost, etc.. Super happy with the support as well. You are immediately connected by email or zoom call to someone that knows the app well and won't waste your time jumping thru hoops. The 4.9 rating is well deserved.

KEERTHI has been amazing to guide me throught the whole process of implementing the app. I set up a call at 9pm and she took care of all the process to let me understand every little detail of the app. I also asked her for a very specific thing that was not included in the app configuration, but she immediately customized the orders display for me based of my needs. Sagar and Sibi are just incredible. I googled a bunch of apps, and decided to go with this one (had a failure with another), its remarkable how responsive they are if you have an issue - I don't know how these guys do it. They have no only responded quickly to multiple call outs for help, but also added a new feature I asked for (extra fields in a Template for an invoice PDF) really quickly - I was stunned. Also they cater well to Australian postal carriers, I was thinking they would only have knowledge of USA, but us Aussies are well catered for. Top notch!
