I am new to Shopify and PH Multi Carrier so the integration of the two was a TOTAL mystery to me. The on line help I received to show me through the process was exceptional. I picked the time of the Zoom meeting and Manohar was polite and very knowledgeable. He was very patience with my ignorance and happy to repeat steps for me and do anything required to ensure my understanding of the integration. Since I started using this app in my Shopify store, the process of creating shipping labels has become much faster and more efficient. The integration with Shopify is seamless—it connects directly with my orders and allows me to generate labels with just a few clicks. What really stands out is the technical support. Terrible, I have had so many issues with the shipping profile saying that it is the incorrect address, they have to go in a fix it every time, no notification about to fault to email so I have had my shipping down for hours and 100s of abandoned carts because the shipping profiles won't work consistently, I am moving to another app. I have lost money because of this app.

I was recommended this app by a web store developer, and so far I’m very satisfied. I received support with the installation, which made getting started much easier. Setting up suppliers and shipping can be a bit tricky at first, but it becomes clearer as you learn. They even called me and scheduled a Zoom meeting where they walked me through everything and shared useful tips about shipping features in Shopify. This is a very powerful shipping app with tons of features which simplified and automated our international shipping to a great extent. We are now integrated with FedEx, UPS, and Hong Kong Post (which was really rare to find). We tried countless others including Shippo, EasyPost, etc.. Super happy with the support as well. You are immediately connected by email or zoom call to someone that knows the app well and won't waste your time jumping thru hoops. The 4.9 rating is well deserved.
