Amazing support! Shipping setup is complex and their support team helped us with every step of the way. Fast to respond and knowledgeable about everything even obscure New Zealand shipping intricacies. The app catered for all our needs, with NZ post and DHL integrations.

In all fairness, I just started using the app, but holly molly their customer service is impeccable! We had a personalized call with one of their agents to set up our account, which was amazing. Their service far exceeds what we have seen with other apps.

When it works, it works okay, but I am contacting help nearly every day to address issues with their system. The whole point of paying for an app is to make my shipping faster, and this is not doing it.
