App was able to solve some complicated shipping details we had. Support was able to work around a very unique issue I had. Very receptive and was very easy to work with

I was disappointed with this shipping app on multiple levels. For one, it's not a pleasing dashboard to work within, and could be made to look more modern, but that I could deal with if it worked well as an app. The frustrating part was not being able to void a UPS label when you've made a mistake. I was not getting a clear instruction from the customer service team on how to go about voiding an label I've paid for and had to figure it out with multiple google searches. The customer service does respond quickly which I appreciate but not being able to void labels within the app was annoying. Also adjusting the customs details of a product shipping internationally was not evident and I still don't even know if you can do it on the app. If they fix the customer experience on the app, maybe it would be a worthwhile option in the meantime while Canada Post is on strike. I went with shipstation and the platform has been working well.
Hello Shane, Thank you for your feedback. The app supports the "Cancel Shipment" (Void Label) option for unfulfilled orders but not for fulfilled ones. However, we’re introducing a feature in our next app release that will allow you to cancel and recreate UPS labels for fulfilled orders. The app meets almost all of our needs as a young start-up, but what I treasure the most is the amazing, and quick, support we get. They are very good in explaining processes, providing screenshots, etc as needed. They almost act like consultants in assisting you in accomplishing something that may not be standard functionality. . As far as functionality, we currently integrate both our UPS and USPS accounts, with several items. We've been able to set it up so it works perfectly in selecting the right package, even when we have a mix of items. Sure it could use an enhancement here or there but this app has made life so much easier for us, and when you're dealing with new accounting apps, etc, that is priceless. Easy 5 stars!

Amazing support! Shipping setup is complex and their support team helped us with every step of the way. Fast to respond and knowledgeable about everything even obscure New Zealand shipping intricacies. The app catered for all our needs, with NZ post and DHL integrations.

In all fairness, I just started using the app, but holly molly their customer service is impeccable! We had a personalized call with one of their agents to set up our account, which was amazing. Their service far exceeds what we have seen with other apps.
