CTS Multi Barcode Labels

This is the most essential app in my business. Absolutely worth what I pay for it, which is more than I can say for most of the apps I have tried. It's the little things that really stand out - like the ability to sort by barcode, or automatically create labels for inventory levels, or create from the product page. It's amazing.

One of the best apps we have found on Shopify, Our business is a food supplier to the general public and there was no solutions for product labelling. I have spoken with Flavio on numerous occasions and they have managed to tailor the app to suit our industry. Its been great as saved paying for a developer and the app is fast, efficient and saves us hours per day.

We sell handmade dog gear, and have been writing out product tags by hand with all the variant information for each individual product ordered. As our business grew, this task began to take hours of our time each week, so we were looking for a way to automate this process. I am SO happy to have found this app and as every one else has mentioned, the customer service from Flávio is the absolute BEST. He helped set up a template for our labels, and even helped us pull in some additional variable information that was being generated by another app. He was so incredibly helpful and quick to respond. 1000000/10!

Great app - I use it to create custom barcodes for my product. Highly customizable and easy to use. The BEST customer service - helped me with a metafield issue, which was totally out of their scope.

I can not say enough good things about this product. It works as expected every time and does a great job. And support is unbelievable. I have been using it for a couple of years but needed to change the label type...that particular Avery label wasn't one of the template options but Flavio got it added and worked with me on a couple of changes I requested. All this over a holiday weekend. I highly recommend Multi-Label Barcodes.

Multi-Label Barcodes is the most affordable, reliable, and easy to use barcode app for Shopify that I have come across. It just works.

I created a process to print price labels using Excel and Word but it was too complicated for my sister (owner of the store). I tried several other apps before I found this one. It was extremely easy to set up and use. All the features I needed. I particularly like being able to pick where on the label sheet you want to start printing. No wasted labels! But the most impressive part is the support. I have had to contact Flavio twice and both times I had my answer almost immediately. Highly recommend.

Customer service if very responsive, my emails are answered in a timely manner. Flavio made some tweaks to improve the process after a phone conversation. Overall this app is easy to setup and use. Had a few issues and resolved quickly. I would recommend this app if especially if you are looking to move away from duplicate barcodes. Able to select a 10 digit barcode that doesn't repeat avoiding issues at checkout. This has been a time saver over our previous Shopify app Retail Barcode Labels.

I'm soo impressed by the support on this app. For a barcode novice like me, I wanted to double check I was processing the EAN-13 codes correctly, and Flávio kindly assisted me in identifying an issue and resolving it. Very thankful. Thank you!

This app is AMAZING! This is the first time my shop has used a barcode scanner. I had a few questions & emailed the app. Flávio responded quickly & scheduled a time for a call. He was so helpful!! I can’t recommend this app enough — it’s the best customer service I’ve encountered.

I use multiple Dymo label sizes for product pricing and inventory labelling, and was previously manually entering the info into the Dymo software. This app saves me SO MUCH TIME, and the labels come out looking exactly how I want them to look since I was able to customize them. I also really like how I can chose the number of labels to print - either print enough to match my stock or a number chosen by me. Super easy to print off all the labels I need for a shop update all at once. It also reduces mistakes on labels since the information is pulled directly from the product listing, instead of being manually entered for each label.

After years of hesitating because it seemed so daunting, we used this app to get both barcodes (after years of hand written SKUs, it was so easy to generate them and not disturb our old system) and QR codes (now people can scan tags with their phones and see images of products on models). It is super simple! And we kept reading about how amazing this Flavío person is. We emailed asking questions before we signed up, and guess who responded promptly and with perfect assistance? FLA-VÍ-OOOO! Super helpful, answered all our questions and even helped us with an image sizing issue! Wow!

I wanted to keep using my Zebra label printer and he set up a custom template for me. Rather pay the monthly fee than use the Shopify one as I'd rather pay got great service. Thank you.

The support I received from Flavio was absolutely phenomenal! I told all my peers that this was some of the best customer service I’ve received in and out of my decades long IT and retail career. Flavio was highly knowledgeable with both the Multi-Label Barcodes app AND our legacy Zebra label printers. He was very patient, and explained things in detail and understandable terms. I was very impressed throughout our lengthy tweaks and tests with how he understood all my descriptions of how the printed labels appeared after each test. We spent a lot of time building templates, experimenting, and adjusting templates and printer preferences. Flavio stayed with it until all three of our old Zebra printers were printing labels far better than they ever did with our old POS system! And, when I mentioned that we were a nonprofit thrift store serving our community, Flavio offered us a substantial discount off the monthly app service fee! Wow! An unsolicited discount! The app itself is great! but the 5 stars is hands down for Flavio. The support on this app is phenomenal. I thought the free version by Shopify, Retail Barcode Labels, would be enough but this app allows me to do so much more. This app is a blessing if you are switching from a different pos system to shopify
