Best support I've received from any Shopify app to date, hands down. The app is easy to use, the support needed has only been due to custom templates and unique-to-us tweaks. Customer service for this app is BEYOND. Helped me with printer issues that weren't even related to the app. And then helped customize the label. Has worked flawlessly since.

Great and prompt support team that solved my silly questions immediately. Very happy :) The barcode label looks great after the team helped me to customise it. I'm excited about the ability to print variants that have recently been updated as in a transfer being received. It would be good if it could add qty received in transfer as well?? I haven't used the scanning inventory function yet so I'll update the review when I do.

EXTREMELY pleased with the level of service provided by the developers of this app. We have needed to make modications/customizations to our labels several times over the past year, and every time we have reached out to their support team, we have received a super quick response and excellent service. This is the app y'all need for printing labels! It's intuitive and user friendly. I asked about being able to print labels for a PO not yet received and it was added in just a few hours. I had questions about printing labels - emails were answered quickly and they even did an online session to help with settings. Fantastic customer service!

Been having a heck of a time with our stores pos/barcode and label setup. We opted for a not so common printer that would work with inexpensive barcodes and didn't have much luck getting them set up. Emailed the app devs and asked some questions, and Flavio is always so quick to respond. We set up a time for a 1 on 1 where he wanted to help get us squared away with custom templates for our labels. Hours... Flavio was able to help us get our stupid machine to fit our barcodes! He had to really get custom to make it work, and we were so appreciate of his time! We even had some recurring issues the next day and he hopped on again and remotely worked with us. Not at all surprised at the perfect 5.0 star review, well worth it!

Finally, someone wrote a label app that actually has some functionality. I like that it works with any printer, any label, upc and qr codes on the same label, you can have multiple saved custom labels at the same time. truely they put some thought into this app, great job, highly recommended Update 08/08/2019 Wow, this app is amazing, I was making nice labels, then the developer reached out to see if he could help, he remoted in on my machine and tought me some tricks, not my labels are venen better and profesional looking Thanks

Excellent customer service and product. This had a couple bugs to begin, but their customer support rep helped resolve it immediately. Compared to the free stuff on the market this is well worth the purchase. Don't waste time with the free junk.

Support was amazingly quick and responsive. We were trying to adjust the layout of our label, and Flavio stuck with us for quite a while, back and forth by email, until we sorted it out.

Amazing app that I cannot highly enough recommend! The customer support is great, very helpful and quick with answering any of my questions! I got an email back within 15 minutes and Flávio (one of the customer reps) called me the following day to better assist me. I tried the free app, and it is nothing compared to this app!

We love the app, it save us so much time. This is also quite flexible as you can create label templates. We had a few request to the customer service and Flávio was great to help us, he answered in the hour, even on weekends. Worth the money and more !

I rarely feel compelled to write a review but between how great this app works and the phenomenal service that I received I would rate this 10 stars if I could. Service was very patient and helpful while helping me learn to navigate barcodes and their app. Highly recommended for barcode printing, generating, and scanning.

JUST got back from buying a ton of merchandise and forgot that I no longer had the barcode printing app available to me with Shopify. I looked on-line to see reviews of the free app they offered and saw that it was terrible based on feed back. I KNEW I did NOT have the time to deal with that since I have big event in 2 days so I decided to try Multi-Label Barcodes since it had a much better rating. SO happy I did. I was afraid that with so many customers needing a new barcode printing app that if I had questions I wouldn't get taken care of very fast but much to my surprise I was. I shot off like 3 e-mails right away. and ALL three of them were answered quickly. I was also pleased that this 53 year old non computer tech gal who is clueless with this kind of stuff could figure out this app. The BEST part is my labels look WAY better than the old barcode app. People couldn't even read my prices with the last one. SO glad I can customize what they look like. I will happily pay $9.99 a month for a much better app. People, do NOT waist your time with the one Shopify recommends. LOVE this one so far. Time to print all my stuff now!
