I wanted to wait until we were fully set up and had been running the app for a while before rating it. This app has done exactly what we were looking for and is a great value for the price, considering how much time it is saving our team! My company has two physical stores, each with its own Shopify store, but a lot of our products are sold on both sites. We used to manually create a listing on each of our sites for each new product, manually update on each site whenever a change needed to be made for a product listing, and manually had to communicate across locations and update inventory when an item was sold at one location. Besides taking up a lot of extra time, this also left a significant margin for error and lack of consistency in the product listings across the two sites. With this app, whether we're creating a new listing or updating an existing one, we can now do that one time, in one place, and see the changes reflected across both of our sites. We were even able to sync up both of our locations for inventory, so when an item sells or is added at either store, it automatically updates across both. I also want to note that I had a few questions before installing the app and during the setup process and the developer's team has been very helpful, with fast but thorough responses to all of my questions and helped me get the app up and running quickly and smoothly. They also made sure I knew how to back up my products prior to installation so that I felt more confident when installing the app in case there had been any issues. I did have to spend some time making sure that all of our products had unique SKUs before activating the app but since I took the time to ensure that was done, I didn't have any problems once I installed the app. Very happy with this app as are my co-workers who were doing most of the manual work before, and my bosses who have the peace of mind in knowing that none of our product listings will have inconsistencies.
This is a fantastic app and does exactly what I need which is to synch inventory across 2 stores. The support team were very helpful when I first had questions about installing the app, super fast to respond and answered all my questions. When I came to install the app, the instructions were so clear I didn't have any follow up questions and it worked immediately.

This app has helped us avoid errors managing inventory across multiple stores and has streamlined our product launch process. We had a few issues in the setup which turned out to be out own fault but support were responsive and helped us figure out the problem quickly. Highly recommended!

Simple and perfect. Ran some tests and it's great, syncs the products easily and quickly. I was glad for the free option, as we needed something for proof of concept without being charged monthly. I just hope we get more products so that we can give you money! Wonderful support too. I can only hint towards developing better interface options for viewing plan pricing down the road. Other than that, flawless.
Great app. It´s saving a lot of time. Syncing between two stores with different currencies never been so easy. Also great support if you have any questions and ideas :-)
I downloaded this app to automate inventory between two Shopify stores, one in Japanese and one in English. I really appreciate the level of customization that comes with it, and my boss is willing to pay for the very low monthly price for this service. I had some trouble because of the customization and emailed the developer's support, and they were very quick with their replies and super helpful. I would recommend this to anyone running multiple stores.
I am using this app for a while now and I must say that I am very happy with the app itself and the customer service. I had a problem caused by another app lately and it screwed my entire inventory. Multi-Store were kind enough to help me out with this problem: they took time to extract data from their system and provide me all the inventory modification during for a specific timeframe in a .csv file. Thank you again for your awesome service!
I used this app to link products, inventory and collection for my four stores. There were some small challenges on the way but the tech support is amazing. They are always very helpful and get the request done in timely fashion.
If you are looking for a simple way of managing multiple stores and inventory this is by far the best app available for shopify. As a developer that has built many sites for clients this app has saved us hundreds of hours of time and hundreds of dollars managing our inventory between our stores and online sites. We have 7 physical locations with it's own inventory for each store, this app has allowed us to sync and sell ONLY the products we have in store for that particular shopify site. The developers of this app is the most professional people that I have had to pleasure of working with, we have setup a couple of online face to face meetings to discuss enhancements, configurations and minor issues that were encountered during setup and they quickly provided a solution to help us move forward. We have over 5,000 products in our stores and are adding new products daily to our main store which are being automatically synced to the other online sites for each location. We have linked our POS and Inventory system to our main site and the rest is automatically handled by Multi-Store Sync app. The configuration is pretty straight forward with a few things that you have to ensure is configured correctly, however the safety net feature allows you to build additional sites without the fear of impacting inventory on your main store.
We were looking for the solution for syncing inventory and products between two different stores. The app helped us to achieve that. Awesome App! In terms of the support, it was really quick, and thanks to Daniel and the team for that.

What an amazing piece of software (app). Sync of any kind is usually a pain and prone to errors but Multi‑Store Sync Power (Egnition) is a very well made app. It is perfectly syncing our products (over 5000 including SKUs) through our unique Barcodes. We could not use SKU as sync entity as they are not unique but Barcodes are and Egnition provides Barcodes as sync entity which was great news for us. Now we can save a lot of admin time to keep the products in sync which was always a huge pain, prone to errors and expensive in many ways. Thank you for all your help over the phone and emails. See Updates below: Original Review: The app is great, all the features are very nice but lacks on what it should do best. Found multiple issues during syncs including using their fail safes. Creating an order on one store and deleting an order with the exact same items on another .. Causes inventory issues. Recommend the use of a better algorithm. Recommend providing Master slave store configuration (one way syncing). Love what you did with the prices, but give us more options for us who work the prices from the cost.. Say allow selecting the cost as the basis for the Price (cost-plus) Update 1: Upgraded to 4 star from their great support. Once a solution is found will update Update 2: After giving the team the details and ways to replicate the issue. The team took action and updated their app and fixed the remainder issues. We are really satisfied with the App and their amazing support. Thank you! Updated to 5-stars
