Excellent experience with this app's support. Every time we've had a technical request, the development team has reviewed it and adapted quickly, without leaving us waiting weeks for a response. You can tell they genuinely listen to their customers and are willing to adjust the app to specific needs, which isn't common to find. Laura, from the support team, has been incredibly attentive and helpful throughout — always following up, explaining things clearly, and coordinating our requests with the technical team until they were resolved. Highly recommended, both for the app's functionality and the quality of the support behind it.
