Vic from Tipo is very unprofessional. Vic doesn't coordinate and doesn't listen to clients concerns and inquiries. Worst app (do not download)

Recently we installed your app to sync inventory between two stores. We have two stores; a retail and wholesale. When we first installed the app we made our retail store the source and the wholesale store the destination. However, we decided to delete the app from both stores within 2 minutes of linking the stores. After installing the app to sync inventory between our retail and wholesale stores, we uninstalled it from both stores within minutes. Despite this, app immediately initiated a two-way sync, corrupting data across both stores. Inventory was pushed back and forth between the source and destination. Product collections were removed from being visible online. Destination store banners were appearing on source products. Duplicate collections were created. Product tags were altered. And most critically, the templates we had painstakingly built in our theme editor were permanently deleted and overtop of that the content on our pages was overridden, so there was no way for us to even recover or rebuild the pages, templates, and content. This app even affected our backup websites. This experience has been unacceptable. We installed app with the clear expectation that it would simplify and streamline our workflow. Instead, it created significant disruptions and forced us to spend considerable time and resources undoing the damage it caused. What should have been a straightforward installation turned into a highly disruptive ordeal for our business. The scope of the issues went far beyond what could reasonably be expected from an app of this kind. Some of the damage; such as permanently deleted templates, pages, and content, was irreversible and has left lasting impacts on our stores. These are not minor inconveniences; they represent critical parts of our operations that took time and effort to build, and the fact that they were erased in minutes is unacceptable. In short, instead of adding value, this app undermined the integrity of our systems and disrupted our ability to operate effectively.

This is configured in the destination store’s settings. If full sync is enabled, it may overwrite fields like tags, collections, or content. You can read more here: https://docs.tipo.io/product-syncs/select-specific-product-information-to-sync Also, please note that our app automatically creates product backups (found in the “Backups” tab of the app dashboard). This means you can restore product data if any unwanted changes occur. It appears the sync may have been triggered before these settings were configured, which can lead to unintended results. Probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with with a Shopify app. After repeatedly asking them to not resync my products as this would ruin all of the pricing my team spent hours doing, they did it anyway. My team had to go through everything again and reprice the items. Terrible Terrible would not recommend to anyone

They have a good UI but the support team failed to help in every single possible way.

Horrible customer service, not answering the email. After 5 days of having a lot of issue with the orders, no asnwer. I had to unistall the app because was creating a lot of issues. Do not install this app if you have 1+ store to sync, the app is not working and they don't help you fixing the bugs.

I was thinking that my work will be done but after installation I was not able to open the app. Below issue cropped up sync.tipo.io unexpectedly closed the connection.
