Their service is good, simply just ask a question about placement or anything related to the App's 'Bar' and they will quickly assist you. It is Highly Recommended to have a Multilingual App such as GTranslate for your store. The pros outweigh the cons. Also, by the way they will work with you to get their app situated to benefit you so don't worry if you don't like the bar positioned a certain way--they will work with you to get where 'You' want it to be.
