We switched to GTranslate from another app that was more expensive, poorly documented and not that easy to use. By contrast, GTranslate AI translation has proven to be more accurate and manual tweaking of text, when required, is a straightforward process. In terms of service, the team was quick to respond to a couple of minor issues related to our store's custom theme and at my request, even removed some messy 'artifacts' left behind by our previous translation app. IMHO this is a great app and a great team!
