Multiorders it has all what we needed. Easy to sync the inventory and manage diferent marketplaces (Etsy, Shopify, Amazon..) in one place. Customer service is giving you solutions and service is fair price.

Die App hat nach etwa einem Monat plötzlich ungefragt und ohne jeden Grund alle Bestellungen meines Ebay Accounts zu Shopify eingelesen und dann an mein Bestellsystem weitergeleitet, obwohl die Funktion in der App zum Import aus Ebay deaktiviert war. Dies hat leider zu vielen Zusatzkosten und Fehlerbehebungsaufwand geführt. Daher lieber Finger weg und eine andere App wählen!

We migrated from other multi channel App to MultiOrders a few months ago. Orders syncing and inventory works perfect. Several good features in the App. so far so good. I have recommended it to some other sellers in my network too.

Very good app. Support was very helpful getting me started. It's also fairly easy to list products to Etsy.

I have recently been using this app for the past week in comparison with other apps that do the same as the support team has been able to get into contact with me within 24 hours. Donatas has been able to fix some of my syncing problems as I was fairly new to the Shopify and Etsy order cross-over. Once, the syncing problem was fixed, I received my first order with the new connection and it routed perfectly showing I got an order on Etsy with the Shopify notification. I would give 10 stars if I could cause Donatas has been very helpful to me and I have also been able to give feedback to help improve the app. Definitely recommend this app.

I have been using Multiorders Marketplace Sync for a few weeks now and im extremely satisfied. Connecting marketplace is simple, everything is pretty intuitive. Ive tried another two apps to sync Shopify products with marketplaces, and it completely wasted my time. But Multiorders Marketplace sync hands down is the BEST. Easy to use and understand, easy to edit products, and the sync just works. The Catalog View is a masterpiece. I can actually see a central view of all my products, where it has been listed, what is the price on each channel and whats the remaining quality. Whoever thought this through is very smart, hands down.

We have been using Multiorder for about a year now to sync inventory over multiple market places and for the inventory bundle function to help manage individual sku lines. We also use it to push the daily courier tracking details to our sales channels saving us a lot of time. Although we use it for a few functions, the app looks to have much more functionality than we currently use that we may explore in future. Any queries we have are responded to within 24 hours. For the price i think this is a very good app. Keep up the good work.

I was a bit lost at first how to use the app, I struggled with mapping my Etsy products, but Donatas is a smooth operator. He helped me to figure everything out!

We use Multiorders to centralize orders and data as well to stock syncing across different platforms, which it does perfectly and on real time. While the interface isn't the most intuitive and dashboard/reports lack some important views for us, I understand that they are currently working on improving those so happy I'm to wait it out. All in all, I can recommend it for the use mentioned above.

If this actually worked then it would be great. Single Shopify and multiple Etsy shops looks ok but orders take over seven hours to update. More issues start happening when you've got multiple Shopify stores. Support is only so-so. Definitely not in US so there's hours lag time if you're working in the afternoon. They rely on one of those chat things so tiny typing and no differentiation between issues. App developer apologizes a lot.

If this software worked 100% all of the time it would be amazing. Unfortunately it is buggy and keeps crashing when I am adding Purchase orders. To spend an hour adding products painstakingly one at a time because there is no multi select option and then to have the form fail on saving and there be nothing there is tragic. Time to look for an alternative since I have gone into the £79 sub, if I have to pay that it has to work 100% all of the time.

Shockingly bad. Random disconnects, orders not passed to Amazon for MCF, MCF inventory set to zero in eBay and Shopify, tracking not passed from Amazon MCF to eBay. Basically performing none of the essential functions reliably and costing sales and impacting shipping time metrics in the process.

⚠️Shocking customer service by Donatas!⚠️ He uploaded an incorrect .csv file and made all of our shop inventory across multiple channels 0! This affected our sales as everything was showing as out of stock. Luckily we had a recent copy of the inventory quantity so our staff stayed behind working hours to manually update the inventory for hundreds of products, as the integration sync can take up to a day to fully sync for bulk orders. Had we not had the inventory report, it means you have to manually count all your stock again… and we have hundreds of thousands… Donatas gave a vague apology trying to blame us, then started ignoring all of our messages. Customer service was good in the past when Marius (the developer) actually cared for this business. I have been a long time customer for years… seriously disappointed!

We use Multiorders for Shopify, ebay, Amazon and etsy platforms. It does everything we want it to do and with the promise of more with new features. Support is always on hand to help with guidance or fixing the odd issue. Compared to other sit's great value fo rmoney.
