Bad service, they do not reply to texts or emails. Leave you hanging. Our shopify POS kept saying failed to load, I tried reaching the customer service, NO RESPONSE!

We’ve been using this app for about a month and it works exactly as expected. It makes it really easy to manage different prices between our POS and online store without any extra hassle. Setup was straightforward, and everything runs smoothly in day-to-day use. The support team has also been great—quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it does the job well and gives us peace of mind knowing pricing is handled properly.

We are happy we found the Multiprice app: not only is it easy to use, but support is always super responsive and helpful. Thank you so much, we’ve been looking for a solution like this for years. We highly recommend this app to anyone looking to have different pricing for POS vs. online store.

Very easy to use, haven't experienced any issues with setting up custom pricing by sales channel. I raised a couple of questions regarding implementation - got prompt & comprehensive responses from the founder himself.

Testing on our dev store. installed app and was up and running 10 minutes. Emailed support some questions specific to our store and bulk updates. Minh responding promptly with help and explanations why the app works the way it does, even made an over night update so its more end user friendly. Early days but looking forward to removing duplicate SKUs from our inventory.

Emailed the company twice on 2 occasions over the last 3 days - still waiting on a response to a query regarding the app - not a good start and seriously considering cancelling the app if the response is this poor
