the App was working doing what was supposed to do, but after a Shopify update we start to have a severe problem in VAT (no VAT display on receipts, with fiscal issues) The problem is by shopify, but somehow connected to multiprice. We are trying to contact them with no answers. Bad customer care on a severe issue
Bad service, they do not reply to texts or emails. Leave you hanging. Our shopify POS kept saying failed to load, I tried reaching the customer service, NO RESPONSE!
We’ve been using this app for about a month and it works exactly as expected. It makes it really easy to manage different prices between our POS and online store without any extra hassle. Setup was straightforward, and everything runs smoothly in day-to-day use. The support team has also been great—quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it does the job well and gives us peace of mind knowing pricing is handled properly.

Very easy to use, haven't experienced any issues with setting up custom pricing by sales channel. I raised a couple of questions regarding implementation - got prompt & comprehensive responses from the founder himself.
