We’ve actually been using MultiVariants Bulk Order B2B since we first launched our store, and it has consistently been the best bulk grid app out there. It’s reliable, easy for customers to use, and has always handled our catalog well. But what really impressed me recently was their willingness to go above and beyond when we needed a custom feature. I reached out with a request that wasn’t available in their standard setup, and instead of shutting it down, they offered a customization quote. we collaborated and moved forward with their quote. From there, the process was seamless. The communication has been excellent, and they made sure the final result was exactly what was needed. Because of their help, we now have special options for our customers that we didn’t have before, and it genuinely elevates our store’s capabilities. Their support has been awesome the entire way, and I can’t say enough good things about how easy they made the whole experience.

This is a great app, I am able to save money by removing multiple other apps I was using and manage it all in one place. I needed some assistance and used their live chat feature, Zaina was able to get it all sorted out quickly
Just started working with the team at MultiVariants and I'm very hopeful that this can be an application that will bring a lot of value to our store. They were willing to take the time to walk me through the app on a video call and they are currently attempting to facilitate some specific needs that our store has in matching the functionality and aesthetics of our brand.
