We’ve actually been using MultiVariants Bulk Order B2B since we first launched our store, and it has consistently been the best bulk grid app out there. It’s reliable, easy for customers to use, and has always handled our catalog well. But what really impressed me recently was their willingness to go above and beyond when we needed a custom feature. I reached out with a request that wasn’t available in their standard setup, and instead of shutting it down, they offered a customization quote. we collaborated and moved forward with their quote. From there, the process was seamless. The communication has been excellent, and they made sure the final result was exactly what was needed. Because of their help, we now have special options for our customers that we didn’t have before, and it genuinely elevates our store’s capabilities. Their support has been awesome the entire way, and I can’t say enough good things about how easy they made the whole experience.

This is a great app, I am able to save money by removing multiple other apps I was using and manage it all in one place. I needed some assistance and used their live chat feature, Zaina was able to get it all sorted out quickly

I like how they have a live chat, I was googling some questions that I couldnt find the answer to and was able to speak to a person real quick. This app has been really helpful for our store, especially for products with lots of size and color variations. Being able to display multiple variants together and enter quantities in one place makes the ordering process much faster than selecting each variant individually.

we are using MultiVariants for long now, and there was never any issue. For the first time, today we had an issue when the product zoom was overlapping with the multi variants grid displayed by the app and it was ackward for our customers. We reached out support and explained the issue, shared the product page and screenshots of the issue... They got access into store and rectified this within a few minutes. We really appreciate their prompt and comprehensive resolution.
