I’ve installed the Multi Variant app for my Shopify store recently, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The app itself is incredibly intuitive and easy to integrate, allowing me to manage product variants smoothly and efficiently. It’s been a game-changer for my business, and the user interface is super-friendly. Especially for Wholesale Customers this is a Must app for any merchant doing wholesale and wants to take their game to the next level. What truly sets this app apart, though, is their customer support. I had a few questions during the setup process, and their support team was extremely responsive—but what really impressed me was their willingness to arrange a live meeting on short notice to walk me through a specific issue. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly. It’s rare to see this level of customer care, and it makes all the difference when you're running a business and need things to run smoothly. If you're looking for a reliable, feature-rich variant app with outstanding support, Multi Variant is a must-have! A+ experience all around!

So far am only just finishing setting up with the app, The apps internal settings arent the easiest to navigate and use but the support team is 100% ontop of their game with helping out. They have done a lot of the set up for me and helped me get things to how i want. If they make the app a bit more user friendly and easier to use it would be great

Wir mussten eine Mindestbestellmengenfunktion einbinden und an das Look-and-Feel unserer Seite anpassen. Dank der kompetenten Unterstützung des Online-Services haben wir dieses Ziel erreicht. Je nach Problemstellung erfolgt die Umsetzung manchmal sofort, manchmal kann es aber auch bis zu einer Woche dauern. Man wird jedoch stets begleitet und nie hängen gelassen. Ich kann den Support nur weiterempfehlen.

Best Customer Service. The minute I have downloaded the app, there was a customer service chat line so active. Sarah has no only helped me to change my product setting to sell in bulk but changed the colors of the font and all. This app is just a huge time-saver when you have so much other things to worry about. So happy to find this app.

Great app. It's been the only app that we've tried that actually works (we tried many before). We're using it to sell by multiples, and it's just perfect. About the service, it's also great. We needed some customization, as to hide it for not logged users or to have it also in the floating cart and they did it right away. Perfect!
