Works great. Much smoother checkout process for our bakery. Customers often mix and match items and this gives them the ability to add multiple different items to their cart while not leaving the product page. I have had minor issues with theme updates and Shopify updates, but their support is very responsive and it is normally fixed in just a few hours.

Answered my questions right away, was a massive help. I had an issue with the tags not working with specific products, they fixed it. They also adjusted one of my theme settings to better suit my needs. 15/10 customer service.

This app has a lot of customizability and different options for both layout and function, which was really great for us and what we needed. We found this bulk order form app to be the best looking out of all the ones that we tried, and they offer CSS control to allow us to match it up with our theme very well.
