Garnet provides a elegant UI that ensures a frictionless vendor experience helping marketplaces that supports ease in vendor acquisition and enhanced vendor user experience. Garnet far surpasses competitors. I've installed and tried multiple versions of marketplace apps, including building a low code app with Bubble. I realized with Bubble that some of the problems I ran across were already solved and optimized with platforms like Shopify, which is why I switched. In process of evaluating alternatives, I looked and installed CS-Cart, WooCommerce, Yo-Cart and Shopify. Once I chose Shopify, I installed and used competitor apps to Garnet. I can tell you conclusively that it is superior in every way. It cost more, but its UI and navigability are standouts. Equally important, the documentation is robust and clear. Finally, the support and communication offered by the Garnet team is stellar. I can't recommend this solution enough. As someone who has recommended complex digital solutions to clients throughout my career, I feel 100% confident in a 5 star recommendation for Garnet. They are truly a standout.

Unschlagbarer und herzlicher Support. Die beiden Gründer machen gemeinsam den Support und sind offen für jegliche Art von Fragen. Sogar, wenn man noch kein Kunde ist, sondern Interessent nehmen sie sich viel Zeit für einen. Die App ist meiner Meinung nach die fortschrittlichste und derzeit beste Lösung für einen Online Marktplatz im europäischen Raum und darüber hinaus. Und sie werden immer besser. Weiter so!

I’ve been using Garnet for over 2 years right now and need to say Francois and the team is great! I was using a different marketplace app before but whenever I had issues or something didn’t work they we not flexible at all or just said that something is not possible. With Garnet that was different. Francois helped me and thought with me from the start. Whenever I was missing a feature or needed something implemented in a different way he thought with me and helped me find a solution. It’s just great, now all my vocalists (vendors) have a great dashboard where they can upload their products and have a nice overview with their sales. And I have a great overview of the full marketplace.

Amazing - Francois and the team have been exceptional and really helped our marketplace grow into what it is today. When we launched, there was nothing like this app available so transforming a standard e-commerce store into a 2 sided marketplace was extremely challenging. Through this app we were able to build a scalable marketplace with all the functionality you can expect from any leading c2c marketplace

Garnet has been an absolute game changer for us as a Marketplace. The tech is clean and the team is exceptional. We shifted from MVM in June and our team efficiencies have improved by 40% as there are such few issues and anything that pops up is dealt with swiftly by the Garnet team. We have completed a few custom projects with Garnet which have been an absolute success giving us additional features we want. The price is fair and the work is super high quality. Highly recommend this platform and excited for what Garnet have in the pipeline for future functionality.

Such a shame, it has everything needed to finally create a great UX marketplace on Shopify. Every other app over the last 7/8 years has bugs, ugly user interface and very clunky, Garnet however has everything.. but for the pricing... I was super excited to try it, to migrate our development marketplace from woocommerce to Shopify, however basic features you do get out of the box with Dokan, Marketking, WCFM are just not included with Garnet. For example, basic colour configuration is an extra $30 per month on top of the $19 fee. To sum up we'd need the following, as im sure others would too: Specifications (Users can add additional product data, brand, model, tags) - an extra $30 Vendor performance - So users can see their total sales, product performance - an extra $20 Messaging - Allow customers to contact vendors about products - an extra $50 White Label - A feature allowing you to brand your platform, which categorically should be a given, marketplace owners need to build trust with potential vendors, and not being able to brand your marketplace without this add-on is by far a non-negotiable - An extra $30 Vendor pages - Its a marketplace, and as such, vendors need profile pages, however unless you add this feature, vendors will not have a dedicated page - an extra $20 Vendor applications - Allowing vendors to apply and sign up for your marketplace - an extra $20 Shipping integrations - We're living in an online world and shopping online is a huge part of that and as such, enabling shipping for your products is a must, this feature costs an extra - $40 Payout integrations - Again, we're a marketplace a seamless integration allowing marketplace owners to pay vendors effortlessly is a must, however for this feature its an extra $40 - unless you want to do it manually? Discounts - being able to offer discounts on your products? An extra $20 to enable the feature Ecommerce integrations - Chances are if you have a marketplace, attracting both B2C & B2B vendors is high on your list, whilst its a feature we would need, its not vital, but for the feature this costs an extra $50 per month Email integrations - Email marketing is vital in the online world, your marketing efforts really rely on having a good robust email marketing system, to integrate your email marketing, mailchimp/klaviyo/omnisend - Thats an extra $30 per month Make an offer feature - Used a lot on sites like ebay and reverb, this feature in our opinion is a must, now with ebay reducing fees to zero and stores like reverb reducing commissions to 5% this feature is vital - Extra cost of $30 a month All-in-all above are the features needed to make a marketplace successful, i feel this app is designed for an established store, and not someone starting out on their marketplace journey. to get set up with those features the costs would be PER MONTH Shopify plan - $30 Basic Garnet plan - $19 Specifications - $30 Messaging - $50 Vendor performance - $20 Vendor shipping - $20 White label - $30 Vendor pages - $20 Vendor applications - $20 Shipping integrations - $40 Payout integrations - $40 Discounts - $20 Ecommerce integrations - $50 Email integrations - $30 Make an offer - $30 Total - $449 per month Completely unviable, but a great user interface and product upload form, what a shame :(

We were using another multivendor app, but there were always issues. Payouts were complicated, the interface was confusing, and my vendors were getting frustrated. We switched to Garnet and paid for the white labeling, most of the add ons, etc and my vendors are so much happier. They're super attentive and quick to support. All of my issues they've resolved within hours to days. I can't recommend enough!

After trying every marketplace App available Garnet is definitely the best of them all. Francois is so helpful and has obviously experienced the pain-points himself which make the features even more credible. Best in Market by a long shot and if I didn't decide to go down another path I would still be using it.

Garnet multivendor marketplace has been everything I need it to be. I've tried other apps like WebKul and ShipTurtle, and I wasn't particularly impressed. Garnet values you, is constantly coming out with new features, has great support, and is pretty straight-forward. The new pricing is great too.

If you have multi vendors, I need it away for them to sell on their own. Garnet is hands-down. The best app the app is great user-friendly always IT support is on it. They’re gonna get it figured out. They’re always making changes to best fit all the needs of our customers. I love this app.

We’ve been using Garnet Marketplace for just over a year, it is the most intuitive tool of it's kind. Their team has been incredibly supportive from day one, helping us transform our store into a fully functional multi-vendor marketplace. Francois has been outstanding quick to respond to any issues, open to feedback, and always willing to implement solutions that meet our needs. Highly recommended!
