Ottima app e assistenza clienti davvero eccellente. Ho avuto un problema tecnico con la visualizzazione della chat nel tema del mio sito e il supporto mi ha aiutato in modo rapido, gentile e molto professionale. Mi hanno seguito passo dopo passo fino alla risoluzione del problema, con grande disponibilità e competenza. È raro trovare un’assistenza così attenta ed efficace. Sono davvero molto soddisfatto sia dell’app che del servizio clienti. Consigliatissima!
Excellent support and a very solid app. We were helped incredibly fast to position the chat icon exactly right on both mobile and desktop.
