Ottima app e assistenza clienti davvero eccellente. Ho avuto un problema tecnico con la visualizzazione della chat nel tema del mio sito e il supporto mi ha aiutato in modo rapido, gentile e molto professionale. Mi hanno seguito passo dopo passo fino alla risoluzione del problema, con grande disponibilità e competenza. È raro trovare un’assistenza così attenta ed efficace. Excellent support and a very solid app. We were helped incredibly fast to position the chat icon exactly right on both mobile and desktop. The support team responded immediately, understood the issue straight away, and fixed it perfectly. Communication was clear, professional, and solution focused. Highly recommended if you value both functionality and top level support.
