We have been using this app for over a year, moving from a loyalty app that used points and was much more expensive. Since the move there has been more use of rewards and their tech support is very responsive. It's really easy for customers who have accounts to spend their store credit.

Ive only been using it for a few months but shopify apparently made some changes and now it doesn't work the way it used to and it's too complicated to use at POS and it's too hard to look up the order # which seems to be a different# on the receipt than in the computer and most of the time, it says order# not found. So I've had to manually go in when the customer is standing in front of me and calculate the return and enter it as an adjusted store credit and then redeem it at POS. Such a nightmare because then I have to go into inventory and adjust it for the return. I'm currently looking for a new store credit app to use.

This is truly a great API. Being able to directly adjust Shopify Credit is very convenient. The support is also smooth and very helpful. I think it would be great to have ranking and automatic tagging based on the customer's total purchase amount. However, since this can be done using Flow or other automation tools, it's not an issue. (But, it would be really nice to have!)

Crazy, although it does not have a free version, yesterday I started the 7-day trial, but it is definitely worth every coin invested, so far the best rewards app I have used, since it has integration with Shopify POS and my salespeople will be able to sell as always from their cell phones without problems and without having to run to the desktop.

It was issuing store credits when it was not supposed to. we had to uninstall it.

This feature, which is disabled by default, automatically applies store credit when refunds are processed. It is optional and can be easily turned off in the app’s settings. Absolutely amazing app & customer service. At Visual FX Pro (visualfxpro.com) we can really only recommend this app! The staff was able to customise some of the functionalities of the app for our needs and they did it so quickly! We want to mention Mostafa and give our very sincere appreciation.

My very first review on Shopify - CreditsYard is by far the greatest and most helpful apps! If you are looking for a prepaid system to boost cash flows, or any payment method other than membership and subscription, this apps is by far the best thing I tried. Most important of all, the customer support is awesome! Thanks to Mostafa, all my problems were solved immediately and is definitely more helpful than any other apps support which never answers me directly and is a waste of time. So go ahead if you are still wondering, this definitely worths the price!

We're using CreditsYard as our rewards program. We wanted rewards that work like store cash instead of the usual "redeem by converting points into coupon codes/discounts" workflow which we believe is annoying and complicated. CreditsYard store credits can be "spent" like money in the cart in two clicks but remain available in the customer's balance until the order is actually placed. This way, if the customer decides to do more shopping before placing the order, the credits remain available and funjible instead of locked away in a fix-amount coupon/discount because previously converted. I can't say enough about this team. They have provided the most competent and responsive customer service I've ever seen. Questions answered, issues fixed, customizations done almost in real time - Amazing! Mostafa is very helpful and patient. We had lots of questions and needed some customization work to use CreditsYard with our wholesale app/customers (which others told us is not possible), then later had to redo because of theme updates but Mostafa took it in stride and fixed us up in no time! Thank you!

This app is amazing. I got rid of my rewards program and now use this one for cash back and adding store credits to their account. So much easier than manually issuing gift cards. They are always helpful when something isn't working, to get it fixed right away.

This app is exactly what I was looking for and boy was it a journey. We have a b2b store and we issue a lot of store credit which up until now we were tracking manually. I tested out just about every store credit app that shopify has on their app store and this one wins on all levels! Truly the best value, ease of use, functionality, clean look, and awesome customer support. Don't let the small amount of reviews scare you, this app is awesome and does everything it promises.

Update: App was fixed quickly and communication from customer support was excellent. While the outage happened at an unfortunate time of day for our store, the developers responded quickly and kept us in the loop about progress. In the end the updates to the server and payment options were worth the inconvenience of the outage. Update...Server was restored and working within 20-25 min each time. Will update review again if/when it's shown this is not a regular occurrence. Two days in a row now (of the three days of really using this) the MerchantYard servers have gone down and make the app inoperable. Unfortunately this is happening at inconvenient times when 80% of our sales at that time rely on it. Besides this we are happy with the app. Please put in the capacity/safeguards to prevent this from happening.

I installed this app to start offering credit to my customers. It is an amazing app and extremely easy to use! I had some issues with another app conflicting with this one and the support was AMAZING!! they sorted everything out for me immediately. I highly recommend this app!

Good day everyone. Our company started using this app for customer store credit and refund and we can't be more satisfied with everything we are getting. Easy to use, amazing admin panel and super clean integration to use for customers. Customer support is second to none! If there is a problem they are fixed on the spot. Our company used another system for store credit, but honestly, this is the best solution you will find for your Shopify website. Just go for it and you will be satisfied with everything you get.
