I trusted someone from Hulk Advanced Wishlist to install the app on my website (after they offered). I thought it would be a simple process, as it's just someone installing the app, how hard can it be? It took them just 5 minutes to wreck my cart and login button trying to place their icon on my website. Not only did it look awful (icons all over the place), they also somehow managed to change the size of my cart icon so it's now pixelated. No big issue, I thought, I'd just ask them to remove the code and put it back. We're now a month along trying to have that happen and Hulk Advanced Wishlist has done nothing to rectify the situation. I've had to send multiple emails and even speak to Shopify, and still nothing. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY to install their own app on your website. I can't believe I am typing this. But there we go. I'll update this when the saga is finally over.

Great cooperation with the app team/devs to get our customizations up and running! Always nice to find an app that is online during our working hours as well.

The app is fine so far. I just have the cheapest tier so I also have the fewest features. It does the basics which is what I'm paying for so no complaints about the actual app. It is a bummer how limited I am with automations and Shopify Flow integrations though. It looks like you have to upgrade to get access to those. My Shopify theme has a lot of customizations so I basically couldn't set anything up myself, which honestly I expected and is neither here nor there. Why I only gave it 4 stars is because while everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful while we were speaking, it took quite a bit to actually get a response and then get the work done that I requested. Customer service chat was great, and the only way I was able to get anything done. It's just there were a lot of unanswered emails and waiting for responses before I finally decided to turn to chat is all, which was a little frustrating.

Such a positive experience. I started with a different wishlist app that had more ratings and reviews, had trouble with the most basic functions and customer service was a joke. Danna helped me with Hulk in minutes finetuning everything as a collaborator and had me set in no time at all. Absolutely relieved and happy
