2026 update: App has been broken for over a month with zero support. Developers have stopped replying to emails. The app is duplicating products in shopify and not syncing other products for no apparent reason. I've asked for help and developers don't seem to care. The app is still syncing orders but products are broken. I've politely asked for updates as to why the issue is suddenly occurring with no reply. Disappointing, we looking for a new sync'ing solution. Previous review: We have been using MYOB sync for a year now and it works great. The initial setup and testing did take longer than expected but once its working it is very good. We had a recent issue which turned out to be a simple fix but Sam was able to help us the same day which was excellent. As a business owner, knowing we have solid customer support is a huge advantage with this app. Recommended!
