Really happy with the app and its features – it makes syncing between Shopify and MYOB simple and seamless. The support team has been excellent as well. We needed some additional functionality and they were quick to help and implement the changes we needed.

Really happy with how easy this is to set up. Syncs products, handles inventory, creates invoices in myob perfectly and even adds the freight correctly. We have a "Website Sales" customer file that is used for all online sales in myob so its easy to report on. They are very good at support, and even offered to add customisations to the app if I need something that the app currently does not do. Thanks, Justin Southwick

Been using MySync for a couple of years There were some bugs initially as it was a new app, but the team is continuing to ship updates and we're now very happy with the solution!

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with MYOB Sync. The customer service is absolutely shocking (up to 2 weeks between replies). They show no interest in trying to resolve syncing issues, which I am certain would be affecting many other Shopify stores as well. The primary function of this program is to ensure seamless syncing between MYOB and Shopify, its syncs some online orders but fails with POS and international orders. Instead of providing solutions, the support team seems indifferent and unresponsive to concerns. This lack of support and attention to resolving issues has caused significant disruptions to my business operations. I cannot recommend MYOB Sync to anyone looking for reliable integration between MYOB and Shopify. Save yourself the trouble and look for an alternative solution that actually works and has a support team that cares about their customers.

We have been using MYOB sync for a year now and it works great. The initial setup and testing did take longer than expected but once its working it is very good. We had a recent issue which turned out to be a simple fix but Sam was able to help us the same day which was excellent. As a business owner, knowing we have solid customer support is a huge advantage with this app. Recommended!
