AVOID THIS SOFTWARE We started using MYOBSync from 01 March 2026 and things look to be good on paper. Syncing ability between MYOB Business and Shopify and the ability to track inventory. However, expect to do integration implementation all by yourself. There is one webpage guide with blocks of information and a few photos but definitely not the most helpful for small business or first time implementors. I have requested a call or a demo from the support team over the past two months with no avail. The support team lack knowledge and just refer you to the webpage guide for more information. I have been going around in circles for months trying to figure out these issues. A simple 1 hour call to implement this service during the first time would have saved myself and also MYOB Sync hours and hours with researching issues. Payment syncing haven't been working since 12 March 2026 with no explanation. This is really a disappointing software and disappointing service. You can see a lot of promise about how this software should be used and how it can support small businesses. However, this has just been a royal waste of time and not worth the trouble.
The app works well but it's near impossible to get into the app to make adjustments or find support, however this time pleasantly surprised & a couple of adjustments their end had it up & running again.

I have been paying for the app and the sync is broke. No reply for support. Stay away from this app.

Really happy with the app and its features – it makes syncing between Shopify and MYOB simple and seamless. The support team has been excellent as well. We needed some additional functionality and they were quick to help and implement the changes we needed.
Really happy with how easy this is to set up. Syncs products, handles inventory, creates invoices in myob perfectly and even adds the freight correctly. We have a "Website Sales" customer file that is used for all online sales in myob so its easy to report on. They are very good at support, and even offered to add customisations to the app if I need something that the app currently does not do. Thanks, Justin Southwick
