Have just sent the first parcels on our new website and am most impressed with the support provided by Molly via the online chat. The speed and clarity with which Molly helped solve my issues and excellent instruction pdfs were fantastic. Not only did it allow me to send our first packages but also taught me thoroughly what steps I need to take.
