After experiencing an issue creating a shipping label on the Aus Post Business app, we contacted support and to our surprise, someone responded almost immediately. Nathan was extremely helpful and guided us through resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Super happy with the quality of service and the responsiveness. A great support experience!

As a new brand, we encountered a small issue while getting familiar with the app and decided to reach out via email with our concerns. To our surprise, we received an almost immediate response, letting us know that someone would be in touch. We were absolutely blown away by the customer support provided by Nathan. Not only did he record a video demonstrating how to fix the issue, but he also took the initiative to resolve it himself. Additionally, he shared some valuable tips at the end of the video. This level of professionalism really impressed us, and it gives us great confidence in handling any future concerns. The app itself works flawlessly and meets all of our needs at this time.

Honestly the best app there is for shipping labels, it makes life so much easier and super fast. Probably the best customer service I have experienced also, if you have an issue and you contact the support team they respond almost instantly. Highley recommend this app
