SellerDash: AusPost Shipping

Hi, Thanks for the review. Appreciate the feedback re: multiple labels per order. Please note: It is a MyPost Business limitation you are referring to, not a limitation of our app. MyPost Business only allows one package (label) per order. We do have a workaround, by generating multiple labels (see how help docs at help.sellerdash.io). Our app does support multiple labels/package per order but this is only natively supported by Auspost eParcel (Parcel Contract) accounts (which you can also link, if you have one). I hope that clarifies it. Cheers

Thanks for the review. I checked your label settings, and you can change one simple config option to A) print 4x6" labels and B) print them in bulk. Go to CARRIERS tab, click the blue pencil icon to edit your Carrier Settings, go to Print Settings and choose 'A6 1 per page' instead of your current A4 settings, and this will solve both problems. I did notice you had a payment issue yesterday. This was related to Auspost being unable to process a payment on your card. They had a few issues yesteday. Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to add a review. In the CARRIER settings in our app, you have the option of setting 'Automatic' payment or 'Manual'. Just change the setting to 'Automatic' and you can pay and print labels with one click from the app (your setting was on Manual).
