The app is good, works well and never had any issues, but why is it so expensive. There is another app that works almost as well that is completely free.

Great app but the additional costs are starting to add up and don't compare well to other shipping apps which just have a flat rate. Likely will change apps soon.

The app and customer support that comes with this app has been second to none. The chat box support is responsive and team are always willing to help. I would highly recommend the app for anyone starting out simply for its functionality and customer support.

Good App. it helps me create a shipping label quickly. It would be better if it can support eParcel account as well.
