Nash: All‑in‑One Fulfillment
Nash, a delivery app, has received mixed reviews from users. On the positive side, many users praise the app for its ease of use, efficient delivery services, and excellent customer support. Users appreciate the integration with platforms like Uber and Roadie, as well as the customization options for tracking pages. The app has been described as a game-changer for small businesses, saving time and money while providing fast and affordable deliveries. However, there are also negative reviews highlighting issues such as defaulting to delivery instead of pickup, unreliable refund processes, and limitations for stores with multiple locations. Some users have expressed frustration with customer service and difficulties in resolving delivery issues.
Nash always defaults to delivery instead of pickup, most of our orders are pickup, so this causes constant issues. Worse, even when we cancel before a driver is assigned, customers are still charged and not being refunded. Unreliable system. Very frustrating for both us and our customers.
NASH has been excellent. Gabrielle and her team have helped out set up and manage our UBER delivery service and our customers have loved it. Integration was simple and the customer's UX is exactly what we were looking for. 10/10 would recommend.
Nash is an incredible app that I highly recommend for any small business. It’s a game-changer that saves both time and money, offering unmatched flexibility. Whether you want to use your own drivers, rely solely on Nash, or combine the two, this app handles it all seamlessly. Deliveries are fast, affordable, and efficient, making it an essential tool for growing businesses. One feature I absolutely love is the customization of the tracking page—it’s such a thoughtful and professional touch. In the life of a small business owner, this app is as essential as having internet access itself. It’s a well-designed, smart solution that deserves five stars. Highly recommend!
Easy to use and dispatch a delivery to a customer with Uber or Roadie. Their support is helpful. I wish they support multi-route trips for Shopify merchants in the future!
