Nash always defaults to delivery instead of pickup, most of our orders are pickup, so this causes constant issues. Worse, even when we cancel before a driver is assigned, customers are still charged and not being refunded. Unreliable system. Very frustrating for both us and our customers.

NASH has been excellent. Gabrielle and her team have helped out set up and manage our UBER delivery service and our customers have loved it. Integration was simple and the customer's UX is exactly what we were looking for. 10/10 would recommend.

Easy to use and dispatch a delivery to a customer with Uber or Roadie. Their support is helpful. I wish they support multi-route trips for Shopify merchants in the future!

Great app! Easy way to get into local delivery. Works easily with Shopify and when we had questions Nash had quick answers. Nash made local delivery just as easy as our standard parcel shipping.

2/2/24 After a productive conversation with Gabriella, I was heard. The issues I had in December were acknowledged, and an apology was made without first placing blame on me or UBER. I am pleased that the accounting department found a way to pay the refund owed to me promptly. While I would not use the platform again, it could benefit those in a different industry. 1/22/24 - The app is crap, and so is their customer service. A driver swapped two deliveries. When I reached out to Nash CS, I was told they could do nothing; I would need to recreate the gifts and request new deliveries, then reach out to UBER for a refund. To make matters worse, they have yet to give me my credit from UBER.

We're sorry to hear that some of your deliveries through Uber missed the mark. Nash gives direct access to 3rd party delivery provider networks, which means that while our platform easily enables and manages deliveries, we have little control over the actions of the drivers themselves. However, our customer support team works to reconcile any issues through our delivery provider partnerships when they arise, such as securing refunds, to support merchants. In this instance, our customer support team successfully followed up with Uber and secured a refund for you, which was deposited to your account. The delay in the payment was because we did not have your bank information on file after you canceled your account. If you have any specific feedback about the app and the experience, we welcome you to return our calls. I'm sure it could be a great app, but it doesn't work for stores that have multiple locations. It will pull the inventory from wherever, it doesn't link into the native shopify local delivery settings unfortunately.

The team at Nash were so helpful with the incorporation of their app into our shopify account. Any issues that rose in the teething phase of the app were tended to straight away and communication levels were at a more than acceptable level which made the process smooth sailing.

What an amazing experience. Hasaan from Nash was incredible in helping us get our account setup. We can now deliver up to 30 miles from our store which is amazing! We are very grateful for the product integration and look forward the benefits for our small business.

We integrated Nash with our store - and our experience was smooth! The team seemed very responsive! I worked with Hasaan and few other devs - they all are great to work with. Whenever I came across an issue - they addressed that right away. I'd recommend it!

We launched Nash on our website in July and we are very happy with the service! Hasaan and his team are reactive and helped us with the setup (very easy). The backend is user-friendly, easy to navigate and works with the drivers for the pickup/delivery. I'd recommend the app!
